What are some good ideas for an inexpensive wedding buffet menu?

note i have several picky eaters in attendance (including my fiance) who don’t like cheese or pasta.
well its an outdoor beach wedding but its still slightly elegant, colors are sage green, ice blue (almost white) and pale rose with silver accents.

well if your having a beach wedding that is some what romantic then i think i would go with light finger foods and possibly some seafood. Depending on where you live the prices vary. If you talk to a caterer they will give you ideas. You don’t have to use a caterer but if you talk to one you can steal their ideas
